This past spring, Tom and his crew spent a week pressure washing and cleaning 63 decks for the Islip Landing Homeowners Association at their beautiful townhouse complex in East Islip.

All of the wood decks, railings, partitions and support columns were first pressure washed to remove dirt, mold, mildew and prior stain. After the wood surfaces were completely dry, they were sprayed with a clear, water based sealer to protect the wood and give each deck a natural, classic finish. The homeowners and the property management company that hired us was very pleased with our work and will be sure to call on us again in the future.
